Trainee programme

We encourage new thinking that makes a difference both in the company and in society. It is for this reason that we have a trainee programme – for you who have just graduated from high school, worked in any of our store chains, or studied economics or engineering in a post-secondary programme, preferably in logistics, IT, marketing or statistics. Thesis or exam work

When we work with students who are working on a thesis or exam project, we base our cooperation on the needs of our business. It must be of value and relevant for us. In this way it will also be of value and relevant for you, who are doing the work! We embrace new perspectives, and every year we accept up to five thesis or exam groups.
