Every year we visit numerous job market fairs at colleges and universities to meet with students and talk about what a future with the Axfood Group can offer. We also believe in cooperating with student associations and organizations to learn about new ways of thinking about our business and industry. Over the years we have also invited students to workshops focusing on specific cases at Axfood’s head offices and lectures at various events.

Center for Retailing

As part of the Axel Johnson Group’s retail club, Axfood works with the Center for Retailing at the Stockholm School of Economics. The Center for Retailing offers education and research in close cooperation with Sweden’s retail sector and is responsible for the Stockholm School of Economics’ three-year bachelor’s programme in Retail Management.

As a student at the Center for Retailing you get an opportunity to gain unique insight into the challenges that we face in our industry and can contribute new, innovative ideas and solutions. You can participate in so-called case days, workshops and lectures here at Axfood, get to know us better, and gain a deeper understanding of our challenges and future ventures.
