Axfood’s quality guarantee
We want you as a consumer to be confident about Axfood’s private label products. We therefore back them with a quality guarantee that gives you the right to compensation if you are not satisfied with the quality of the product you’ve bought.
Axfood’s quality guarantee aims boost consumers’ confidence in our private label products. As a consumer you have the right to at least your money back if you are not satisfied with the quality of the product you’ve bought.
To claim compensation under Axfood’s quality guarantee, you must file a complaint in which you indicate the product, brand, best-before date/production code, bar code number, your contact information and why you weren’t satisfied.
For nonfood products without a best-before date, an exception can be made for the information required for the quality guarantee. The required information can be found on the product’s packaging label.
