Axfood's Annual General Meeting 2023
Axfood's Annual General Meeting (AGM) 2023 was held on 22 March 2023 in Stockholm, Sweden.
The Board of Directors decided that shareholders could also exercise their voting rights by postal voting, as stipulated in Axfood’s Articles of Association.
Resolutions at the AGM
The AGM re-elected all proposed directors except Christer Åberg, who declined re-election, and elected Thomas Ekman as a new director. The AGM also decided to pay a dividend of SEK 8.15 per share and to introduce an additional long-term incentive programme.
