Annual General Meeting 2025
Axfood’s 2025 Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Wednesday, 19 March at 5:00 p.m. at Münchenbryggeriet, Torkel Knutssonsgatan 2 in Stockholm, Sweden.
Registration for the AGM will open at 4:00 p.m. Shareholders may participate in person, by proxy or postal vote as described in the notice.
Shareholders who wish to have a matter considered at the Meeting shall make a written request to the Board of Directors via e-mail to arsstamma@axfood.se or to the following address:
